I hope that the program is a success, because it has the potential to change so many lives. And I also think it is a great way to really help the people under that government and show them that the government cares about families! I wish our government (here in the US) would offer something like that for troubled marriages! What a difference it is going to make for the children of those couples too. I am so impressed!
