This $30 Date Night Blog has been created as a discussion point for the $30 Date Night website. Blog writers Denis and Emma have been playing with the $30 Date Night concept since 2007, and the $30 Date Night generator was launched mid-2008. Posts discuss the “date night” experience the blog writers had. The person that wrote the post is the one who initiated the date.

Hey,
Every Wednesday night is Den-and-Em night. Nothing gets in the way of date night if we can humanly avoid it, and the rules are simple: We take it in turns to organise the date and every week we should be doing something new together.
For us, date nigh started because we found that come 7pm on a weekday we would be doing the same old boring thing… if not putting extra hours into our work, we were spending mindless hours sitting in front of the TV. Life was getting predictable.
Turns out it was the best thing we could have done for our relationship! Since then, we’ve found stacks of research on the effect date night can have in keeping the butterflies alive.
To start your own date night, we recommend:
For us, it’s simple… keep each other laughing! We don’t want our date nights to be too serious. Some of the date ideas in the generator are just so cheesy that it makes us laugh… and to be honest, some of them we wouldn’t even do ourselves. But other people may and we’re cool with that. Who knows maybe in two years time our tastes will have changed, and what we now think is too cheesy we may actually like!
So, like it or not… there has to be something on the dating tips generator that floats you and your partner’s boat. We say try it… even if only for one month! (That’s two dates each).
See ya,
Emma.
